Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Not completely satisfied with your purchase, or did you order the wrong size? No problem. At The Hague Surf Collective, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
How to return an item:

Register your return: Send an email to info@thehaguesurfcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and state that you wish to return an item.

Ship the item back: After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back to us. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs: Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 to €7.95 for a standard parcel within the Netherlands (please check your local carrier’s website for exact international rates).

Refund: Once we have received the returned item in good order, we will refund the full order amount (including any original shipping costs paid for the outward journey) within 14 days. We will issue the refund using the original payment method you used during checkout.
Important: Return Address Our clothing is printed on demand specifically for you and shipped from an external fulfillment center. Do not send your package back to the address listed on the original shipping label. Returns that arrive at our printing facility cannot be processed or refunded.

Damaged or defective product? Did you accidentally receive a damaged item or is there an issue with the print quality? Please contact us directly (within 14 days of delivery) at info@thehaguesurfcollective.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you free of charge by arranging a replacement.
